4-inch water service connections for large buildings on University Avenue between West Avenue and Willard Way that would require retrofit of sprinklers in the future, should major renovation occur. In addition, the City of Ithaca took advantage of the opportunities to save on costs and reduce impacts on residents by including planned work with the LSC construction. This work included additional road, sidewalk, and utility improvements in Lake Street.
